Progression layout ( strip layout ) is the first thing to consider when it comes to progressive tool die design, it is the most important process in any progressive tool design. Progressive stamping tool can give you nightmares if you were to make a single mistake in the progression strip layout .

We have a good and proven design layout to share in either dwg or Dxf format. It provides flexibility for the user to check, make measurements.

The examples provided are all proven to work and were the actual designs of the stamped component.
