1. Down load this image file, open it in FW environment. File --> Open --> Select the file that you have just downloaded.

2. Click the ellipse tool and draw a ellipse at the center of the image, cover the car.

3. Go to Window --> Fill --> At the Fill panel, change edge to Feather at 38 as shown :-

And you should have this at the canvas.

4. Go to Window --> Layer --> click both images as shown :-

5. Click Modify --> Mask --> Group as mask. You should have this :-

Fill the background color by clicking Modify --> Canvas color --> set color #303430 and see what you have.
